Mālama I Ke Ola Health Center’s School-Based Health Center make it easy for students to access quality healthcare during the school year. Our providers offer a variety of services to help students stay healthy, succeed in school, and receive the care they need close to where they learn.

How to Schedule an Appointment

Getting started is simple:

• Complete the School Health Center consent form.
• Call us at (808) 243-4169 to schedule an appointment.

Services Available

Students can receive a wide range of healthcare services, including:

• Primary care services
• Well-child exams
• Sick visits
• Annual physical exams
• Sports physicals
• Immunizations
• Routine care visits
• Tuberculosis (TB) clearance
• Behavioral health support
• Community resource assistance

School Locations

Students can see a provider at:

• Kihei Elementary School
• Maui High School

Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

• We accept most insurance plans.
• No student is turned away because of their insurance status or ability to pay.
