Where are you located?

We have three different locations where services are provided to the community. You will find our robust range of services available at our main Wailuku clinic, located in the historic Ooka building. Additionally, we have two satellite clinics located in Wailuku and Lahaina.

Monday – Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:45 a.m. – 12:30 p.m

Do you provide after-hours care?

If this is an urgent or life-threatening medical emergency, please dial 911 or visit your nearest emergency room.

How do I make an appointment?

Please call our main clinic in Wailuku at: (808) 871-7772 during business hours. Please have the following information available:

Do you accept walk-ins?

While appointments are strongly encouraged, walk-ins are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis for current and new patients. Kindly note that scheduling is subject to availability at the time of check in.
Walk-in appointments are also available for dental emergencies on most mornings on a first-come, first-served basis for current and new patients.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

What insurance do you accept?

We accept Medicaid (Quest), Medicare and all major insurance plans (except Kaiser, Humana, and Tricare).

Can you help me get insurance?

Please ask to see or speak with a Community Health Worker – they will walk you through the different options that are available to you.

Who is served by Mālama I Ke Ola Health Center?

All patients are served at our clinic regardless of their ability to pay. We have a sliding-fee discount program for those that are uninsured or underinsured based family size and income. We can also provide assistance with Medicaid (Quest) applications, urgent care prescription medications and referrals. Please ask to speak with a Community Health Worker if you believe you qualify for assistance.
