Helen Barrow joined Mālama I Ke Ola Health Center in 2010 as a Certified Tobacco Treatment Practitioner and expanded her practice in 2018 to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

She received her Master of Social Work, specializing in behavioral mental health from the University of Hawai’i Manoa. She holds three certificates in tobacco treatment from the University of Arizona, the Mayo Clinic and a national certificate in tobacco treatment practice (NCTTP).
